Following a career spanning over 20 years in the restaurant sector, launching more than 15 restaurants and scaling restaurant groups, Peter founded Food Motion in 2019. Peter has since advised over 100 restaurant operators to launch, refine and grow concepts.

A Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, John is a highly experienced operator with over 25 years experience in the restaurant and leisure sector. He is an innovator of successful brands including brasseries, nationally spread casual dining groups, gastro pubs and ethnic concepts. John also has considerable experience raising growth funding and has led and co-ordinated successful group exits to both Trade and Private Equity.
