Founder and CEO, Peter Farrell, worked in some of the best restaurants and hotels around the World, including one, two and three Michelin starred establishments, before launching and running his own street food and restaurant ventures.
With over 7 years in higher education researching food, wine, hospitality and business, and 20 years experience in the restaurant sector in kitchen, front of house and senior management roles, launching over 10 restaurants along the way, Peter has a wealth of knowledge and contacts in all areas of this sector.
Alongside Peter and the Food Motion team, we have a number of key partners in specialised areas and we involve them as required.
Peter also hosts Food Motion Network podcast, where he meets and talks to successful entrepreneurs in the food sector. These long-form videos and podcasts are published on a weekly basis.
HOW WE WORK
Initial Introductory Session
30 minutes free of charge through a video or phone call.
A solution-finding process where we listen, discuss and analyse a specific issue together, and we propose solutions immediately.
Mentoring / Coaching
Regular one-to-one sessions with a key person in the business where we advise on and support the achievement of personal and business goals.
Working to a specific scope of works, we deliver large or small projects as required. This may or may not include the implementation of recommendations.
On a part-time basis or for a limited period, we join your company, board or executive team and advise on director level issues, bringing external eyes and impartiality to the business.
